Your first appointment is a comprehensive, one-hour visit to review your health history, symptoms, goals, and lab results. Together, we’ll develop a personalized plan with clear next steps for your care.

Linden is a direct-pay practice and does not bill insurance for visits, memberships, or laboratory testing. Upon request, we can provide a superbill for eligible services to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.
